These terms govern your use of the StepUp CAD website and purchase of our SketchUp extensions. By buying or downloading software from us, you agree to these terms and the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Who you are buying from

StepUp CAD LLC, a Utah limited liability company. We do not publish a street address; written notice reaches us at support@stepupcad.com, which is the address of record for these terms.

Products

Extensions are sold as digital goods. Descriptions on product pages describe current functionality; features marked “coming soon” are not included in today’s purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes Stripe collects at checkout.

Accounts

We associate licenses with the email used at checkout. Keep that email accessible for recovery.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and StepUp CAD submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a consumer-protection right you hold under the law of the place you live.
