End User License Agreement

This EULA is a license, not a sale, of the StepUP CAD SketchUp extension software (“Software”).

Grant

Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as allowed for seat transfer) license to install and use the Software on devices you control, for one seat per purchased license, with SketchUp Pro.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering beyond applicable law
• No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the Software
• No sharing of license keys outside your organization seat rules

Ownership

StepUP CAD and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim.
