Refund Policy

Because this is digital software, refunds are limited. Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund if Tally does not install or run on a supported SketchUp Pro version (2024+) after following the install guide.

How to request

Email support@stepupcad.com with your purchase email, order date, SketchUp version, and a short description of the issue.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
