Download links are signed and expire. That is intentional — it keeps the installer from sitting on a public URL.
Get a new link
- Go to Licenses.
- Enter your purchase email.
- Click Download on the Railworks order. That mints a new token.
When to contact support
If Download fails after a successful lookup, include the time you tried.
