Use this when Extension Manager accepted the .rbz but Railworks never appears after restart.
Before you begin
- Confirm you installed the Railworks file, not an older archive from email.
- SketchUp Pro 2024 or newer — Make and Shop are not supported.
Checklist
- Follow SketchUp loading policy.
- In Extension Manager, confirm Railworks is enabled.
- Fully quit SketchUp (not just the model window) and reopen it.
- Check View → Toolbars for Railworks — the extension can load with the toolbar hidden.
When to contact support
Tell us whether Extension Manager lists Railworks at all, and your SketchUp version.
