Every purchase and every trial mints a license and emails its license key to the address you used. The key looks like SU-RAILWORKS-A1B2-C3D4-E5F6. It is the only string you need — quote it when you contact support too.
Activating
- In SketchUp, open Extensions → Railworks → License… and press Add License…
- Enter the email address the license was issued to and the license key.
- Press Activate License. The License Manager shows who it is licensed to and when it expires, if it is a trial.
Where to look
- The checkout success page after Stripe returns you to the site.
- The purchase or trial email from StepUp CAD (check spam).
- Licenses — enter the same email and we list your license keys on the spot.
When to contact support
If Licenses returns nothing, you may have used a different email at checkout (Apple Hide My Email, a work alias, a spouse’s card email).
