Railworks can be installed and enabled while the toolbar is turned off. The menu under Extensions → Railworks is the check.
Show the toolbar
- Confirm Extensions → Railworks exists. If it does not, the extension is not loaded — see Extension does not load.
- Open View → Toolbars and enable Railworks.
- If you use a custom toolbar layout, reset or dock the Railworks bar from the same dialog.
